Across our websites we collect anonymous visitor analytics: device type, referral source and country-level information. This is aggregated; it is not used to identify you.

When you complete Human Advantage Discovery we store the reflections you write, the report we prepare from them, anonymous usage analytics, and any optional feedback you choose to share.

For future products — coaching, booking, the Your North Star app — we may also collect booking information, inquiry form details, email addresses you provide, and account information you create.

To deliver the experience you asked for, to keep the service working reliably and securely, and to make it better over time. Nothing else.

Discovery reflections and prepared reports are treated as confidential reflection material and are never shared externally.

• We do not sell personal information.
• We do not share personal information with advertisers.
• We do not use your reflections to train third-party models.

Anonymous analytics are retained for up to 24 months. Discovery reflections and reports are retained for as long as your account or share link is active, or for up to 24 months after creation, whichever comes first — and you can ask us to delete them sooner.

You may request deletion of your personal data or prepared reports at any time. Email privacy@yournorthstar.today with the share link of any report you want removed, or a description of the data you want erased or exported. We respond within 30 days.
